Yoga Nidra, meaning yogic sleep, is a guided meditation technique that takes you to the state between waking and sleeping. It is said that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent to 3 to 4 hours of sleep.
As you explore the physical, mental and emotional layers of your being, you will reach the ultimate state of relaxation and inner peace.
Yoga Nidra enables you to access and reprogram your subconscious mind with a clear intention that you set at the beginning of your own practice and that is bound to manifest in your life. You don’t have to do anything except than let yourself be guided.
