Description
MyoYin is a combination of myofascial release techniques of major pressure points in the body combined with Yin Yoga poses to help the body let go of tension stored in the connective tissue.
In this class, we will focus on the shoulders, hips and lower back to free knots of tight fascia and built-up tension after a long day sitting at your desk.

- 1 mat

- 1 bolster
