Why come to my classes?
My name is Nadege Laure, I am an experienced Yin Yoga Teacher of nearly 10 years, and I know that deep within ourselves we truly hold all of the answers to life’s unfolding, we just need to make space to be still, hear them and trust their guidance.
My self-inquiry journey began as a teenager with Buddhist meditation and my mother’s passing at a young age inspired my desire to understand life’s big questions.
I spent years travelling the world, visiting sacred and religious spaces, meeting spiritual teachers, looking for confirmations and answers outside of myself. It never fulfilled me, until I found my way within to truly be and listen within. I know this is the place for answers, insight, wisdom and our own ability to feel what is true for us individually.
Yin Yoga brought me so much wisdom, depth, understanding and peace. It is a place of sacred connection with the divine.
I trained with senior assistants to Paul Grilley, Bernie Clark and Jo Phee online, as well as Nicky Hadjithoma.
I am particularly interested in the energetic aspect of Yin through Chinese Medicine. As a foreign Language Teacher, I am extremely interested in words, their frequency, clear and efficient language.
Further professional development included:
- Online Workshops (AcuYin, MyoYin, Yin) with Jo Phee
- Online Courses with Paul Grilley (Bare Bones of Yoga, Yin Yoga : The Functional Approach)
- Online Courses with Bernie Clark (Yin Yoga for Your Body)

My philosophy about Yin Living is:
- Yin Living means living unhurriedly with consciousness and tenderness.
- It is about being mindful and present with ourselves.
- It is about giving ourselves the space and the time to slow down, to rest and to explore our inner landscape and tune into our emotions.
- It is about being receptive to the subtle energy flow within.

TESTIMONIALS
“Nadege’s Gentle yoga classes are unlike any other classes I have taken. She mixes an easily accessible connection with ‘something more’ and a deep body awareness that always leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed and full. Her creative use of Somatic movements awaken a deeper understanding of my body and connection with my breath. Her smiling face and inclusive, open personality give you a sense of “coming home” each and every session. I can’t recommend her and her classes highly enough. Thank you Nadege, see in class next week!”

“Thank you Nadege for a beautiful practice this morning. Practicing with you fulfils the ” body, mind and spirit” and we are so lucky to have a teacher with your heartfelt skills to take us there. Your online classes are nearly as good a being in the same studio together!
Nadege quickly became my favourite yoga teacher at the studio. Thankfully she now offers online yoga classes which means I can get all the same benefits while at home.
Nadege offers yogic philosophy throughout classes and introduces interesting breathing methods, asanas and mindful insights along the way. Her classes are exceptional for all levels, with her warm and gentle guidance she makes sure you get the very best from all aspects of the practise. You won’t stop at one class!”

“Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart for everything ❤️ For your classes that always inspire so much peace, inner calm, guidance and light – particularly during the challenging past few months.
It has been such an honour and privilege getting to discover and deepen my yoga practice with you over the past two years. I have learnt so much about myself from practising yoga with you. Thank you for inspiring me to embrace the slower side of life, to meditate and go inward, and to take the time to truly listen to my inner self.”
– Belinda, Melbourne Australia

She is genuine and loves what she does. I feel really good in my head and body and I want my husband to join!”
