We live in an era of disconnection and Nature deficiency.

While we are hyperconnected to the digital world, we are so disconnected from our most sincere Self and from Nature.

We think our urban lives get in the way to escape to a green space to resource, we think we’re too busy but this distancing from Nature makes us numb to Her peril and we are missing out on Her life-giving benefits!

 

When we are disconnected from Nature, we are disconnected from ourselves.
 
 

However, the anguish of a rushed existence is causing a rebellion within many, who are making the choice to cease the push by reclining into the pause.

The antidote to our nature-starved lives and the ill-being we are experiencing as a result is to experience the healing and wisdom of forest bathing.

 

Stilling the mind and being receptive to nature offers us a treasure which cannot be bought – a remembrance of our true essence.
 
 
You are invited to the Tranquil Forest Journey where you will be immersing your physical, mental, spiritual and energetic self amongst the stunning rainforest to experience a sense of deep connection to your environment and to yourself.
 
Experience the vibrations and the phytoncides released by the trees that have a tremendous power to enhance your physiological, mental, emotional and energetic wellbeing.
 
Nadege will lead the small group until you arrive in a spacious clearing, where you can rest on the forest floor and be led in a gentle breathing and meditation practice to welcome intuitive and creative flow.
 
Then, you are welcome to bask in silence, or receive your own comforting words of insight that you can journal on, or express into a poem or affirmation.
 
We will conclude with a tea ceremony and snacks.

Nadege Laure is a Sylvotherapy Practitioner, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Author of Poems for Soulful Living, and First Aid Trained. She lives on the edge of the National Park and goes forest bathing any chance she gets.

Nadege is an Inner Journey Guide who knows the medicine of stillness and the answers that await us within. She is passionate about helping fellow seekers uncover who they are at their deepest core and live an embodied sense of purpose.

What is Forest Bathing?

Forest bathing, or Shinrin yoku, is an immersive experience in the forest to deeply connect with all your senses, your heart, your self.

Throughout the journey, you are invited to explore different mindful practices to encourage you to slow down, pause and go within while communing with Nature and enjoying the great benefits of the outdoors.

Scientific studies over the last few decades have shown the health benefits for our physical, mental and physiological wellbeing.

A forest bathing experience is a treat to yourself to spend a meaningful moment reconnecting with your inner world.
