We think that our busy urban lives often gets in the way to escape to a green space in Nature to resource.

Our distancing from Nature makes us numb to Her peril and we are missing out on Her life-giving benefits!

All of this is causing serious ill-being, which we are experiencing as individuals, as well as a collective.

When we are disconnected from Nature, we are disconnected from ourselves.
 

The staggering complexity of life and anguish of a rushed existence is causing a rebellion within many. Making the choice to cease the push requires us to recline into the pause.

 

Stilling the mind and being receptive to nature offers us a treasure which cannot be bought – a remembrance of our true essence.
 
 
You are invited to the Tranquil Forest Journey where you will be immersing your physical, mental, spiritual and energetic self amongst the stunning rainforest to experience a sense of deep connection to your environment and to yourself.
 
Experience the vibrations and the phytoncides released by the trees that have a tremendous power to enhance your physiological, mental, emotional and energetic wellbeing.
 
Nadege will lead the small group until you arrive in a spacious clearing, where you can recline on the forest floor and be led in a gentle breathing and meditation practice to welcome intuitive and creative flow.
 
Then, you are welcome to bask in silence, or receive your own comforting words of insight that you can journal on, or express into a poem or affirmation.

You may notice:

  • your mind and heart rate slow down
  • your stress and anxiety levels decrease
  • your breath deepening from fresh oxygen

Nadege is an Inner Journey Guide who knows the medicine of stillness and the answers that await us within. She is passionate about helping fellow seekers uncover who they are at their deepest core and live an embodied sense of purpose.
