Who Are You, Really?
A Sacred Online Journaling Circle
— Meet Yourself Beyond the Labels

A 75-minute online gathering to reconnect with your inner self through guided meditation, journaling, and soulful reflection.

We all wear labels:
Partner. Mother. Friend. Boss. Employee. Daughter. Healer. Teacher. Carer…

But there comes a quiet, tender moment when something inside whispers:
“Who am I, really… beneath it all?”

Not the title.
Not the expectations.
Not the version of you shaped by responsibility or routine.

But the part of you that longs for truth.
For freedom.
For a return to authenticity.

Maybe you look in the mirror and see someone boxed into categories.
Maybe you’ve forgotten who you are without all the roles.
Maybe you’ve been holding space for everyone else —
and now it’s time to hold space for yourself.

You find yourself asking:
“Who am I without my job and my relationships?”
“Who am I when I put myself first?”

If you’re standing at a threshold — letting go of a role, a relationship, or stepping into a new chapter — this circle is your sacred pause.

A moment to come back home to yourself.
To nurture the parts of you that have been pushed aside and forgotten.
To meet the wise, vibrant self who’s been waiting beneath the surface all along.

You are still there — whole, worthy, radiant.

In this 75-minute online circle, you will experience:

• A sacred pause to rest, reflect, and return to your essence
• A guided meditation to ground and meet your soul-self
• 4–5 powerful journaling prompts to reconnect you to the core of who you are
• An open sharing space to connect and witness if you wish (no pressure or expectation to share)

You will leave with:

• A sense of inner clarity and deeper self-awareness
• Insights into your authentic identity beyond titles
• Fresh inspiration for your writing, art, and life
• A rekindled relationship with your inner truth
• Letting go of external identities — even if just for a moment
• More confidence to make self-honouring choices
• Feeling seen, heard, and inspired within a nurturing container of others on a similar path

This circle is for you if you are feeling:

• Stretched thin in your roles or labels
• Like you’ve prioritised others’ needs before your own
• Disconnected from your real self
• Ready to explore who you are underneath it all
• Craving gentle, soulful community and stillness
• In need of a sacred pause — a moment to simply be
