Hello!

I’m Nadege, a Soulful Living Guide and Mentor, Meditation & Yoga Teacher and Forest Bathing Guide.

I help women navigate significant life transitions, fostering self-discovery, empowerment, and alignment with their purpose and desires.

My path has been one of deep self-inquiry, grief, transformation, and a return to inner wisdom. I believe we are all called to something greater, and my passion is guiding others on their journey to reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and live with intention.

MY APPROACH

I create safe, nurturing spaces for deep self-inquiry. Through mindfulness, meditation, journaling, somatic practices and intuitive coaching, I guide you to listen to the whispers of your soul, to trust your inner wisdom, and to step fully into the life you are meant to live. I believe:

  • We are each here to shine our light and share our gifts with the world.
  • True transformation begins with self-awareness and inner trust.
  • We can create a life of ease, flow, and deep fulfillment.
  • Self-care is not just a ritual; it is a way of being.
  • Intuition is our most powerful guide.
  • The journey within is the most profound journey of all.

Sometimes, all it takes is a powerful conversation, a shift in perspective, and the right support to unlock the wisdom already within you. If you feel called to explore this path, I am here to guide and support you.

I encourage you to move forward with love, trust, and compassion. I’m cheering you on!

In your corner,

Nadege

WORK WITH ME

MY JOURNEY

From an early age, I was drawn to introspection and the mysteries of the mind. My bedroom was covered in posters of Buddhist monks and temples on cliffsides. As a teenager, I began practising Buddhist meditation, fascinated by the depth of awareness it offered.

The loss of my mum when I was 18 deepened my search for meaning. I realised we are given a short amount of time and it is our responsibility to live what we came here to be.

Her death sparked a journey that took me across more than 55 countries, living, working, and exploring different cultures, languages and philosophies. I was seeking answers to life’s deepest questions studying with various spiritual teachers and gurus —until I encountered the words of Rainer Maria Rilke:

The only journey is the one within.

In that moment, something shifted.

I realized I had been searching outside myself for wisdom that had been within me all along. I began turning inward, trusting my own intuition, and cultivating a deep sense of presence. Over the years, I explored mindfulness, somatic wisdom, and intuitive practices, refining my ability to hold space for transformation—not just for myself, but for others as well.

The gifts of Yoga started to unfurl: a sense of connection with something greater, experiencing deep peace and a further exploration of my inner world.

Some of the most meaningful moments in my journey have been  guiding over 500 people into deep stillness through mindful breathing at a corporate event, leading hundreds through Yin Yoga sessions so powerful they came up to me afterwards and said, “Thank you for helping me reconnect so deeply with myself.”

I’ve held sacred space in workshops and self-care retreats where women reset their habits and realigned with what truly matters. And in intimate 1:1 sessions, I’ve witnessed incredible transformations—like clients landing their dream jobs, or courageously quitting everything to move to Africa and open the café they had long envisioned. These are the soul-affirming moments that remind me why I do this work.

The birth of my son Emile during the 2020 lockdown became one of my greatest teachers, reinforcing lessons of presence, mindfulness, surrender, and unconditional love. It deepened my understanding that soulful living is not about striving—it’s about being. It’s about trusting our inner knowing, embracing our unique gifts, and living with authenticity and purpose.

MY LIFE IS DEDICATED TO LIVING CONSCIOUSLY AN DINTENTIONALLY, CULTIVATING AWARENESS AND TRUST IN MY INNER GUIDANCE, AND STEPPING INTO THE MOST EVOLVED VERSION I CAN BE.

THIS IS ALSO MY WISH FOR YOU!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to my teachers:
