Hello!

I’m Nadege, a Soulful Living Guide, a Yin, MyoYin, Gentle and Supported Restorative Yoga Teacher and Mentor, a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and a Sylvotherapy Practitioner.

I am devoted to cultivating awareness as a way of life, to guiding myself towards accessing my inner truth and wisdom, and I love supporting others to do the same in a nurturing and compassionate manner.

I believe:

  • it is our duty to answer what we are called to do
  • it is our mission and our responsibility to shine our light and share our gifts with the world to make it a better place
  • we all have gifts and a unique way of expressing them
  • we can create the life we dream of
  • in less effort, more ease
  • in self care not as a ritual but a daily practice
  • in speaking the truth kindly and lovingly
  • in trusting your intuition over external influences
  • in life-long Svādhyāya, self-study

MY JOURNEY

My journey into self-inquiry began as a teenager where I started to practice Buddhist meditation. I was passionate about Buddhist monks and curious about the powers of the mind.

With my mother’s passing came a deepened and reinforced search for Truth and for our purpose here.

A few years later yoga appeared in my life. I was rediscovering my body, myself and a keen inner awareness.

My deep internal search was not fulfilled so I went travelling, living, working, and volunteering in over 55 countries on all continents. I was looking all over the world for answers to life’s big questions, until I read Rainer Maria Rilke’s words:

The only journey is the one within.

Something clicked.

I realised I had embarked on an external quest and that I was following outside influences. I was searching outside myself instead of listening to and trusting my own guidance.

Then, the deeper gifts of yoga started to unfurl: a sense of connection with something greater, experiencing deep peace and a quietness to explore my inner world.

Over the years of practice, I realised that my yoga practice was a microcosm of the life off the mat and the lessons I uncovered on my mat were the lessons I needed to apply in daily life. A back injury guided me to explore smart, functional movements and triggered a strong interest in anatomy.

The birth of my baby Emile during the 2020 lockdown has been a fantastic teacher of presence, mindfulness, letting go and unconditional love.

My life is dedicated to living consciously and intentionally, cultivating awareness and trust in my inner guidance, and stepping into the highest version of my being.

This is also my wish for you!

My approach

I blend mindful listening, mindfulness, meditation, yogic and somatic wisdom, life coaching techniques and intuitive guidance to support you on your journey to living your purpose.

I create a safe, loving, nurturing and gentle space for you to dive within and find your own answers, deep in our heart.

Yin Yoga practice is a silent space in which you can hear the whispers of your soul.

I hold the space for you to connect to your heart, your soul and your authentic self in a caring and non-judgemental way, so that you can uncover your inner wisdom, your natural gifts, step into your purpose, tap into your full potential, be your best possible self, answer your calling, and live the life you want.

I help my students and clients tune inwards, increase self-awareness and let go of everything that is holding them back. I help them be present and connected to their own wisdom, so that they can trust their inner guidance and be truly be happy.

Sometimes, all it takes is a powerful conversation, a fresh perspective and someone else to support you on your self-discovery journey.

I encourage you to move forward with love and compassion. I’m cheering you on!

In your corner,

Nadege
