Our corporate mindfulness sessions offer your employees new skills, tools and techniques to manage stress, feel better and more productive.

Mindfulness is a valuable project to integrate into Wellbeing days, RUOK days, staff training, team building seminars and/or recurrent classes.

 

What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a verb in disguise as you are being actively present, observing, noticing and feeling what is going on within you and around you, without attaching any judgement or criticism to it.

Mindfulness Meditation in the workplace has been shown to produce great benefits for your employees and your business.
