Under no circumstances can you hold Nadegelaure.com liable for any actions you take nor can you hold us or any of our employees liable for any loss or costs incurred by you as a result of any guidance, advice, coaching, materials or techniques used or provided by Nadegelaure.com.

All our information on both the website and in consultations is intended to assist you and does not in any way, nor is it intended to substitute professional, medical, financial or legal advice. Results are not guaranteed and Nadegelaure.com takes no responsibility for your actions, choices or decisions.

 

YOGA

Please consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. By participating in the online Yoga classes or Yoga sequences articles, you agree that Nadege Laure is unable to provide personal feedback during the live streaming or online classes and that Nadege Laure is not liable for any injury that may occur in the practice of online yoga classes.

You agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Nadege Laure from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Nadege Laure’s negligence.

By singing up to the online Yoga classes, you agree that no refund will be provided if you change your mind or cannot attend.

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS 
​YOGA RETREATS

All cancellations must be received in writing/email. Deposits will not be refunded.

  • If you cancel 4 weeks before the retreat start date and have paid in full, the amount minus the deposit will be refunded, if received 4 weeks before the retreat date.
  • If you cancel within 4 weeks of the retreat start date or once the course has commenced, no refund is given.
  • There are no cancellations if you change your mind or if your personal circumstances change and you are unable to attend.
  • If the retreat is hosted by a studio, neither the host studio, nor Nadege Laure, is able to provide a credit or transfer to another course.
  • Under extremely exceptional circumstances i.e. long term hospitalisation or death of a family member, a transfer to another retreat may be considered. However, this will be at the discretion of Nadege Laure, the current host studio and the next host studio. Payment of any additional retreat fee and/or % costs is the responsibility of the student.
  • Where the retreat is run directly by Nadege Laure, transfer may be possible in exceptional circumstances, but only to another retreat that you are eligible for and where also run directly by Nadege Laure.

 

ONE-ON-ONE REIKI & INNER JOURNEY SESSIONS

If you must cancel your scheduled appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. This time is reserved for you, and you are responsible for full payment for any session cancelled, missed, or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment.

 

PRODUCTS

All purchases, including e-books, audio tracks, self-study programs, group programs, and mentoring sessions, are non-refundable.

If you are not sure that a particular offering is right for you or have a specific question, please reach out via email.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE

There may be times when photographs or footage is taken by Nadege Laure or a host studio during the training. I hereby give permission in perpetuity and without fee for Nadege Laure & the host studio to use this photography and footage in which I may appear in any media or format for promotional purposes. I acknowledge that Nadege Laure owns all rights to the photography and footage. I appear voluntarily and there is no existing restriction or obligation that would prevent me from appearing. Should I not wish to appear in any photography/video, then I will advise Nadege Laure & host studio so that care can be taken not to capture my image.

 

MAILING LIST

I understand that in signing up to Online Yoga classes, Yoga Retreats, Life Coaching sessions and Reiki sessions, I will be placed on the mailing list of Nadege Laure for the purposes of course communication and promotional material. I understand that I can opt-out of this at any time by clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of Newsletter emails.

WHOLE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions represent the whole agreement between you and Nadegelaure.com concerning your use and access to Nadegelaure.com’s website and your use and access to the documents and information on it. No other term is to be included in this agreement except where it is required to be included by any legislation of the Commonwealth or any State or Territory. All implied terms except those implied by statute and which cannot be expressly excluded are hereby expressly excluded.

 

EXCLUSION OF UNENFORCEABLE TERMS

Where any clause or term above would by any applicable statute be illegal, void, or unenforceable in any State or Territory then such a clause shall not apply in that State or Territory and shall be deemed never to have been included in these terms and conditions in that State or Territory. Such a clause if legal and enforceable in any other State or Territory shall continue to be fully enforceable and part of this agreement in those other States and Territories. The deemed exclusion of any term pursuant to this paragraph shall not affect or modify the full enforceability and construction of the other clauses of these terms and conditions.

 

JURISDICTION

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of VIC and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and Nadegelaure.com that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of VIC.
